50% of the total amount of the reservation will be required by POS (credit or debit card) at the time of making the reservation.

The rest of the amount will be paid before the departure of the boat, at the time the contract is formalized.

Boat excursions will depart on time, so please be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

In case of delay, it will be deducted from the contracted time. Do not forget to calculate the time you need to travel to the Port of Blanes at stipulated boarding point. If you arrive late it will be deducted from the tour time

Estimate the time needed to park and that in the summer months traffic can be slow. If you come from Barcelona on a weekend, think that you may encounter delays.
In the Port of Blanes there are very economical Blue zone parking spaces 30 meters from the ship.

We advise arriving at least 30 minutes early. There are cafes at the meeting point.

When you arrive, we will wait for you at the entrance to the pier (ask for BLUESAIL) and we will provide you with a contact telephone number in case any problem arises: 644022889.

Covid Anex:

If due to Government Decree (Covid) the departure cannot be made, Bluesail Costa Brava returns the amount of the deposit to the client.

Cancellation of the reservation may result in the return of part of the money paid, depending on the moment in which it occurs:

– Until within 2 weeks: 75% refund.
– Until within 1 week: 50% refund.
– During the last 7 days: There are no refunds.

– Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the contracted places) will not have a refund.

– The client may request a change of date/time in their reservation up to 10 days before the date of the excursion. The change will be subject to the availability and viability of Bluesail

-Before the boat leaves the Port, 100% of the rental amount must be paid, in cash or by credit card.

-If you cannot go sailing due to a personal problem, Bluesail Blanes will not be responsible, and therefore the money will not be refunded.

-In case of cancelation of bad sea or bad weather, the money will be refunded. field-politica_de_cancellacion A voucher valid for one year will be issued so that you can take advantage of the reservation money on any other day, within a period of one year and subject to availability.

-Not following the safety rules during navigation, indicated or recommended. For example: Jumping off the boat while sailing, standing up while sailing, jumping into the water through non-authorized areas, ignoring the crew’s instructions, etc.

-Excess alcohol consumption

-Suspended allergies, both due to the consumption of on-board catering and due to involuntary contact with any aquatic living being.

In this sense, the group organizer and/or the person processing the reservation undertakes to extend all information to the rest of the group.

Likewise, it undertakes to corroborate and declares under its responsibility that no one in the group suffers from chronic diseases, such as back pain, arthritis, asthma or similar, that may hinder the normal development of the activity. We remember that boat excursions are an outdoor activity and subject to weather conditions.
